No, alcohol must be provided by client due to NC liquor laws.

Yes! Once the menu is finalized we will assist with alcohol calculations and send over a recommended shopping list. Alcohol calculations are based on expected guest count. Please let us know if you expect a heavier drinking crowd.

We require 50% nonrefundable deposit to book your event. The final payment isnt due until 2 weeks before your event date and once payment is made— it cannot be refunded. While we do not refund payment— they are fully transferable if postponed no later than 72 hours before your event date.

Unfortunately, due to our advance booking model, we cannot accommodate cancellations due to the rain. In the event of rain, we are happy to work with you tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our satellite bars.

All of are bars are neutral in color to fit any design scheme. They are all easily transportable. If your party is larger than 60, please consider providing a larger bar to accommodate all of your guests.

Unfortunately, at this time we don’t offer this option but rest assured, our team of experts will do their best to bring your custom cocktails/mocktails to life.

LMB service Charlotte and surrounding areas. All packages include 50 miles roundtrip.For areas outside of that, you can request travel and a traveling fee will be applied to the proposal.
